Sponsorship Opportunities

For companies wishing to target a specific day, materials, or social events during the conference, individual sponsorship provides an attractive option. This allows your organisation to choose your desired level of involvement and exposure to attendees at the conference. For more information, please contact the Secretariat.

Platinum Sponsor: 5000€

The Platinum sponsorship will include a 3 x 2 m2 "exhibitor booth space" free of charge. Extended space is available for a fee. The sponsorship includes two complimentary Conference registrations. Your company's logo will appear in strategic locations throughout the Conference venue and a visible banner at the Banquet. In addition, your company will be recognized in the final Conference programme booklet, including a 200-word company write-up and logo in the Sponsors section of the final programme, and on the Conference website.

Gold Sponsor: 3000€

The Gold sponsorship will include a 3 x 2 m2 "exhibitor space" free of charge. Additional space is available for a fee. The sponsorship includes one complimentary Conference registration. Your company's logo will appear in strategic locations throughout the Conference venue. In addition, your company will be recognized in the final Conference programme booklet, including a 200-word company write-up and logo in the Sponsors section of the final programme, and on the Conference website.

Silver Sponsor: 2000€

The Silver sponsorship will include a 3 x 2 m2 "basic exhibitor space". The sponsorship includes one complimentary Conference registration. Your company's logo will appear in strategic locations throughout the Conference venue and at the activity you sponsor. In addition, your company will be recognized in the final Conference programme booklet, including a 200-word company write-up and logo in the Sponsors section of the final programme, and on the Conference website.

Attendee Portfolio Bag: €1.000

The sponsor will provide, at their own cost, the bag which will be distributed to all attendees with the sponsor logo and the conference title printed on the bag. The choice of the bag and the layout of the printing have to be agreed with the Conference Secretariat. 

Attendee Portfolio Bag Stuffing: €500

This provides an opportunity for you to place promotional literature and/or a small promotional gift in the portfolio bag, which will be provided to all Conference attendees
