11 September: the conference officially begins, immerse yourself in the coastal beauty of Trapani with our Welcome Drink & Pre-registration event. Picture yourself on the beach, savoring the stunning sunset while enjoying delightful refreshments. This relaxed gathering will kick-start the conference vibes and provide an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow attendees and register to the conference. The event will start at 6 pm and continue for a couple of hours, setting the perfect tone for the days to come.

12 September: On the first day of the conference, after a day filled with enriching sessions and discussions, join us in exploring the captivating city center of Trapani. Discover the hidden treasures and immerse yourself in the local culture, architecture, and history. But before arriving at this magnificent venue, we will make a stop at the Sea Plant, an enchanting spot that will leave you in awe. At Villa Favorita, you'll be treated to a delightful culinary journey. Indulge in a buffet of tantalizing starters in the garden, relish the main dishes inside the elegant Liberty palace, and satisfy your sweet tooth with an array of delectable cakes and sweets at the swimming pool. It's an evening of elegance, exquisite flavors, and cherished conversations.

14 September: After the conference concludes, get ready to embark on an adventure to the ancient town of Erice. Hop on our comfortable buses, which will transport you to the cableway station. Ascend to the mesmerizing city center of Erice and delve into its captivating history and beauty. Take your time exploring its treasures, from medieval architecture to breathtaking views. The choice is yours when to return, as the cableway operates until 2 am, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the charm of Erice.
